Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Paradise Refill Water, we offer local delivery for your convenience.

What We Deliver:

• Water Refills: Available for local delivery only.
• Empty Bottles & Water Packs: Available for shipping.
• Note: We do NOT ship filled 3-gallon or 5-gallon water bottles.

Delivery Fee:

• $7.99 flat fee—no minimum order required.
• Delivery Hours: 10 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Same-Day Delivery: Place orders by 5:30 PM.
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders after 5:30 PM will be delivered the next business day.

Refill Instructions:

• Leave empty bottles outside for easy exchange.
• If bottles aren’t provided, you’ll be charged for new bottles or may lose your delivery fee if we return for collection.

Important Notes:

• We are not responsible for items after delivery to your specified location.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable as they cover third-party service costs.
